One more story from this week. One day this elder I've never met before, happened to be standing right behind me when Courtney (my good friend) walked behind me. Poor soul. I flipped around to talk to Courtney and instead was surprised to see this elder. Unfortunately I was already starting to speak. We made eye contact as the words "i love you"  came very loudly out of my mouth. He then got like bright red and said something about how he lost his companion and walked away rather quickly.  And of course that was in front of all of my best friends here. Anziano Dunn, Anziano Empey, Anziano Lambardi, and of course Sorella Pacheco. We were laughing so hard.

Ciao!! This week was an adventure! For those of you keeping tabs on the Italian/ French feud, there has been a surprising change! After the tours stopped, they set up two Volleyball courts! We have united and now are allies taking out the Americans, Japanese and the Koreans with our amazing volleyball skills.  (we actually are really good, who knew foursquare would help with my volleyball skills, lol) In other news, there was a time this week where it seemed like my passport and visa had been lost and I was going to have to stay stateside for another 6 weeks, or longer.  Fortunately through prayer and an amazing worker at the MTC travel office, my travel stuff was located!  (basically I got an email one morning (from the person who was supposed to have my passport/ visa) asking for a picture of my passport/ visa.  Considering that Sorella Ewing had just been told that she was going to be going to Washington for 6 weeks because of a similar issue ...

Ciao!  This week was amazing!! We get our travel papers tonight after dinner!! I got to welcome Courtney... eeerrrr Sister York to the MTC!! I got to see the eclipse!! and all other sorts of exciting stuff!! This Monday was the eclipse.  We basically spent a whole class period outside and talked to our teacher in Italian while waiting for the eclipse.  It was weird.  It got super dark, and cold.  Luckily there were some missionaries who had the cool glasses thingies and they were super nice and let my whole district use them.   Two of the districts in our zone were selected to be the missionary hosts on Wednesday.  I was so stoked!  Fortunately I was stationed outside of the New building where Courtney has class, so we got to talk for a bit! It was probably my favorite part of this week.  It was super weird though because I was authorized to be without my companion for that time period.  I have been with ...

Benvenuti tutti! I shook Anziano Neal L. Anderson's hand on Tuesday! He was the devo speaker, and after devo he came around and shook random missionaries hands! (yeah dad, I said random) I was one of the lucky ones!  This last week I performed in two worldwide missionary broadcasts (in the MTC choir) I was also on the screen when he was shaking my hand. I think the broadcasts were just for the MTC's around the world though. The first was Elder Ballard (his grandson is in my zone) and the second was elder Anderson. I was in the choir for both of them. Choir is one of my favorite parts of the MTC. I love singing, and the choir director is hilarious! Sundays are one of the hardest days at the MTC.  It is all study, and meetings.  Choir is a nice break from sitting still.  I mean, you're still sitting pretty still.... but at least you're basically screaming at the top of your lungs at the same time.   I have never officially introduced y'all t...
